Is there anything better than celebrating your birthday during your first-ever meeting in the Asian continent? This is what happened to me during the "Asian Lab" of the Frame[v]Work meeting, the ambitious project initiated by Egyesek on behalf of CCIVS and all the networks belonging to the IVS networks (and resumed after the Covid-19 suspension). The aim? To bring together representatives of IVS organisations from all over the world and identify effective ways to update the working procedures concerning volunteer exchange, project quality standards, promotion, branding, identity, digital tools and more. As the word itself suggests, the meeting had a strong Asian focus, thanks to the presence of participants coming mainly from the South-East Asian region.
