Non-formal education projects financed by the European institutions should be created “by young people, for young people and with young people”. Therefore, it is essential to deliver specific capacity to this target group in the field of project management, in such a way that even young people in their 20s acquire the necessary self-confidence, abilities and knowledge to enter this challenging domain. The first meeting of the Alliance Work Plan 2023 (which consists in a cycle of 3 activities and a practical phase in 2023) aimed at equipping a group of young activists from the network's members in the area of project design. The team proposed dynamic sessions focused on vision, mission, values, partnership, exercises on application forms, activities to practice techniques to turn a problem tree into a solution plan, role play games on "real life project management".
