The third Frame[v]Work Lab was organised in Costa Rica, where participants from the whole American region (and from Europe and Japan) reached historical results, inspired by the glorious surrounding of the "pura vida" landsacapes. Working hard (sometimes starting even at 7:00 in the morning, to avoid heat, rain and mosquitos) the group engaged in several parallel discussions, dealing with decolonisation, environment, quality standards, volunteer exchange, presentations, regional needs, challenges & achievements. The highlight of the meeting was the letter of intention for the official creation of the IVS American network. We all hope that it will blossom and will strengthen the IVS family!
