How to cope with conflicts in an intercultural environment? Which are the best activities to propose to an international group? What does "assertive and non-violent communication" mean? How to deal with emergencies in a workcamp? How to structure a study part for your group? Are our "workcamp values" compatible with those we experience in an increasing competitive society? 25 participants tackled these (and more) issues during an interesting and entertaining training course for future campleaders in the spectacular location of Bakchisaray, in the heart of Crimean peninsula.
